Working with Product Management and Line Management for the Remarketing and Wholesale area. The role is also a Line Manager role where the development, BA and Digital Leads report to me. The work involves Remarketing Platform for selling used cars as well as the Retailer Portal that support the Dealer based go to market in North Amerika. Both the Remarketing and Wholesale are Dealer centric, compared to the Retail D2C model that Polestar started with. This makes the work also to rollout the implications of "dealer as customer" into the minds as also the way of working in the company.As a cross functional department the work entails the product management and roadmap, Service design as well as CX and UX, development practises, architecture, agile methods as Scrum and SAFe inspired solution and test mangement for these two sales channels.The work also includes the roollout of the SDLC practises that I defined as CISO before.

As Head of Information Security I had the CISO role and led the program of the Information Security unit in Polestar. The team was only two people in the beginning but and was expanded to 18 within 6 months. Established all processes from scratch to professional level with a team covering the enntire company: Enterprise IT, Digital Products, Factory and Aftermarket (audits with ISO 21434) as well as helped the R&D and the PCISO in the some of the car programs and associated projects (R155 and TARA rollout). The work included cybersecurity strategy, staffing and line management, security incident mangement setup, policy writing as well as interactions with almost all areas of the company.
