Having just finished a rewarding and successful career with Nokia, I’m excited to explore my next career move.I am recognised for a collaborative approach to problem solving, seeking to use the wide experiences and knowledge of small tactical teams in managing projects to bring about simple and successful solutions that benefit the focus team and the wider project and operations community.My track record is based on multiple successful product & associated process transfers and supporting the outsourcing and ongoing virtual management of production operations across all global regions.I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills dealing with large organisations & executive leadership to small cross functional local teams. I strongly believe that building and maintaining good personal and professional relationships across many countries and continents has been the foundation in delivering successful outcomes to projects.My background as a process and product engineer has allowed me to develop a structured approach to problem solving and being part of many successful organisations has shown me that teamwork is the key to success. Working together in an environment based on mutual respect, integrity and trust allied with an open and friendly atmosphere brings out the best in all team members and always delivers the best solutions. As a coach to young Gaelic Games players in Dublin, I can see the benefit of helping facilitate people to make the right decisions at the right time will ultimately lead to a successful outcome. As on the pitch, some days may not have the result you hope for, but the team becomes stronger in the long run while off the pitch, you develop friendships and good working relationships for life.
