I was promoted to General Manager of Eastern Western Motor Group to manage two major body shops, Eastern Western Auto Art, and a high-volume wheel repair bay for Scotland's largest prestige motor group.____________________► Accountable for the annual budget and strategic planning of all body shop business operations, realising a 60% increase in annual turnover.► Manage sign-writing for the entire motor group, including the setup of a dedicated signwriting department» Established 'Eastern Western Auto Art' in 2020, to oversee the production and installation of group signage, promotional materials, marketing collateral, and dealership flags» Assembled a team of internal staff and external contractors to facilitate the manufacturing process► Incorporated a team of mobile paintless dent repair technicians to provide fast and economic repairs on vehicles for both clients and faster repairs pre-sale► Oversee the wheel repair bay, facilitating the repair of over 50 wheels per day► Provide bespoke training to the technical team, including one-on-one hands-on instruction to 3 new VDA trainees, the bodyshop manager, and production managers.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, I was entrusted to lead Scotland's largest bodyshop and oversee a team of 60 employees, primarily consisting of customer service and technical staff.____________________► Following comprehensive training through Luxury Brands, supported the successful launch of Scotland’s first hybrid electric bodyshop, adopting new technology for hybrid (HEV) and electric vehicles (EV), including aluminium and carbon-fibre materials► Nurtured the ongoing professional growth of technical staff, providing training and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning► Based on my training, I set up and maintained Scotland’s sole BMW aluminium approved repair centre► Approached by Ferrari to pioneer the creation and maintenance of Scotland's first Ferrari Approval centre► Following Ferrari's endorsement, further established the initial Scottish Tesla Approval centre, solidifying our status as a premier repair destination for prestigious automotive brands► Initiated the establishment of a high-volume alloy repair centre, one of the first-of-its-kind in Scotland
