Canadian GRADS provides information, guidance, training, and support for Canadians to fund their family’s post-secondary education and lifelong learning. Our online platform aims to help Canadians achieve their potential by removing financial barriers in accessing education. Client services include financial literacy training, assessing needs, estimating costs, developing an education funding plan, modeling contribution and withdrawal schedules, assisting implement the plan, monitoring and updating the plan. Each client’s plan is unique, based on their family and financial circumstances, and draws on a menu of over 50 methods of funding that we have researched and documented. Our service level is flexible, from training the Do-it-yourself types, to our full suite of end-to-end services for those who want to fully delegate this responsibility. Over time, our software development will enhance our ability to deliver customized solutions more efficiently, with a broader reach. Our web-based platform allows us to reach Canadians from coast-to-coast, while keeping our service offerings up-to-date, to reflect ongoing changes in markets, legislation, regulations, etc. We will also be able to deliver our services in person, where feasible, to large groups and audiences via conferences, training sessions, and meetings. To deliver our content to as many people as possible, in a timely manner, we aim to work with educational institutions, school boards, parent associations, guidance counsellors , training organizations, career counsellors, youth development organizations, immigration settlement organizations, and student loan officers in both the public and private sector.
