Over the coming months I'll be working with Judge Yvette Finn to consult with New Brunswickers on how to strengthen the Act, which guarantees the equality of our province's two official languages, and also ensures that residents have a right to receive government services in the official language of their choosing. Over the coming months I'll be working with Judge Yvette Finn to consult with New Brunswickers on how to strengthen the Act, which guarantees the equality of our province's two official languages, and also ensures that residents have a right to receive government services in the official language of their choosing. We will also be looking at options to enhance second language acquisition so all New Brunswickers are comfortable speaking in both English and French. As Canada's only officially bilingual province this is very important work, and I'm thrilled to be playing a role.-----Je suis très honoré d'avoir été nommé co-commissaire à la révision de la Loi sur les langues officielles du Nouveau-Brunswick.
