Current- Supported the Instructional Services Unit at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), providing training support to a portfolio of capacity-building programs.
- Pre-deployment training (PREP) to ensure contracted U.S. advisers deploy prepared to succeed in their INL missions overseas
- International Police Peacekeeping Operations Support (IPPOS) train-the trainer program for local training cadres tasked with training Formed Police Units (FPU’s) deploying to United Nations peacekeeping operations
- International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) train-the-trainer program for Iraqi police officers.
- Corrections curriculum designed to bolster correctional capacities of international prison officials according to the United Nations Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners (Nelson Mandela Rules)Created.
- Analyzed INL PREP training results and made evidence-based changes to the training materials, leading to a 5% increase in knowledge growth among participants
