This involved dealing with managers across multiple divisions of Revenue when issue arose.Regularly asked to investigate and implement ad-hoc processes and specialist analytics reports under extremely tight deadlines as well as liasing with the Data Warehouse (Jaspersoft) on data mining for Dail Questions and Business Intelligence (REAP) for compliance purposes. The primary reporting tools are Advanced SQL and Excel.
