Estate & Trust Paralegals, LLC, is a new concept in administration -- independent paralegals who work for attorneys on a contractual basis on all aspects of estate and trust administrations. This allows attorneys the flexibility to adjust expenses and to meet demands for services without adding staff, equipment, or technology. Attorneys will benefit from this flexibility whether they are (1) expanding their practice, (2) nearing retirement and want to maintain their practice with a smaller staff, or (3) only occasionally handle an administration and need professional assistance.
