I work directly with national advertising agencies that oversee their client’s media and television budgets. It is our goal to sell our Spanish product to them and gain the highest share possible in all of our 90 markets nationwide. We then work with our station representatives to manage the accounts and provide outstanding service to continue building upon our business. • Oversee multi-million dollar budgets each quarter of the year to reach account executive’s sales goals. In my first four quarters at Telemundo we reached 140%, 139%, 131%, and 114%, respectively. • Service agencies by managing their commercial orders. This includes the negotiation of makegoods, preemption notifications, revisions, weekly posts of orders and ratings, and invoice maintenance. • Work with each of our stations to effectively manage each order schedule.• Assist account executives by researching station rates, ratings, and programs for avails, managing all client orders, revisions, and cancelations, and creating sales pitches for prospective buyers.• Proficient in all our sales systems which include Donovan, Wide Orbit, DEM32, Proposer, Media Ocean, Intellipost, ePort, and CFS.

Over 5 seasons of experience as a head swim team coach for two communities. In charge of coordinating all team activities and scheduling as well as maintaining computer databases for roster, line up, and volunteers. Being able to communicate effectively with the Hispanic community allowed the company to build upon a demographic that had been virtually unreachable before.
