Monitored changes and proactively developed and implemented revised operating plans to meet compliance.• Responsible for Corporate Records Management division with major vendor, spearheaded the task of resolving ongoing Open Invoice deficit and reduction of company footprint at vendor sights resulting in immediate settlement savings of $130k and projected $270k annual storage savings going forward.

Managed and coordinated operational activities in the fulfillment/production unit to ensure that the goals and objectives were accomplished according to established time frame, budget and client expectations. Streamlined operations resulting in reduced operating costs and greater productivity.

Turned around a direct mail/fulfillment operation from being in a deficit of $10,000 - $20,000 a month to generating over 1 million in profits per year. Managed a 2 shift operation directing all areas of the fulfillment operations including all administrative functions, data processing, postal processing and reconciliation, inventory, warehousing, shipping and receiving, client contact, customer service, manual assembly, machine inserting, ink jetting/printing, personalization and strategic planning process for the unit.
