* Responsible for continuous cycle counting in designated cores at all OR hospital sites, including counting boxes, rotating stock, cleaning shelves and 5 S. * Establish cycle count frequencies for A, B and C items. * Set up and maintain cycle counting sheets for all services, at all sites. * Confirm inventory transactions such as quantity on hand, max part information, SKU etc * Identify and solve process variability issues * Identify expire inventory and enter into the database. * Labeling all products, making sure they are in the bins * Implement visual management for every place where we count. * Conduct `root cause analysis using excel and other programs to determine the source of item variability. * Develop and publish cycle count sheets and variability reports for all services, at all sites. * Work with the Supply Chain Analysts and clinical staff to establish safety stock quantities based on statistical analysis and usage data * Investigate and analyze supplier lead time data and its affect on inventory accuracy and item availability * Run reports and scrutinize data for errors or inconsistencies. * Perform data entry in ORMIS and the inventory module as required. * Assist in the development of a Plan for Every Patient document. * Put up all special order disposables items received at the Purchasing interim storage location to bin locations in the cores, as necessary.
