Growing up in The Midlands, Morgan found her voice at school when her mum overheard her singing in her bedroom. Whilst the world has eyes on the capital, Leceister provided its own thriving scene which created a space for Morgan to find her place within the UK landscape on her own terms. In 2019 she moved down to London and became a staple in the live music community, honing her craft as a performer until the pandemic hit and ground everything to a halt. Morgan had to pivot her hard-working mindset to the online activity that took place within music and she came up with triumphs along the way. She went on to win various competitions throughout the lockdowns including £7.5K worth of home studio equipment in an SBTV comp as well as being highlighted on DJ Targets BBC 1Xtra IG live series. Continuing her online entrepreneurial mindset, last year Morgan was one of 4 winners of the Only Fans Creative Fund, each winner received £20,000.00. Part of the campaign was for Morgan to start an Only Fans account and actively use it which forced her to really up her content production seeing her reach 61,000 subscribers already.Morgan is on a mission to flip the script on misplaced stereotypes surrounding women in love, loss and business. Her hustler mindset should be praised not judged and she plans to let her music do all the talking. With co-signs from the likes of BBC 1’s Rickie Melvin & Charlie, Rebecca Judd, Clash, FIFA, & Pause, the songstress is currently sitting on a project's worth of music ready to be revealed at any minute.

Undeniably current and an old soul at once, Izzy Bizu is a pop-oriented R&B artist whose material has combined and switched between contemporary and retro sounds. The singer and songwriter made her recorded debut in 2011 as a member of the short-lived , and upon the group's breakup began her solo activity with Coolbeanz (2013), an EP that led to a nomination in the BBC Sound of 2016 poll. Bizu has since recorded for major-label , where she made her full-length debut with the Top 25 hit A Moment of Madness (2016) and continued with an EP titled Glita (2019).A native of South West London, Bizu (born Isobel Beardshaw) began her music career as one third of , a group that narrowly missed the U.K. Top 40 with the 2011 single "Don't Know Why." The trio split the following year. Bizu promptly began her solo career and made her debut in 2013 with Coolbeanz, an independently released EP. Supported by the BBC's and , among other DJs, it sold over 50,000 copies. By the end of that year, Bizu's fan base grew as she opened for and . The following year, she performed at Glastonbury Festival and signed to the U.K. wing of major-label . A handful of singles were issued in 2015 and ranged from the dusty retro-soul of "Diamond" to the peppy disco-funk of "White Tiger," the latter of which went to number 90 on the U.K. pop chart. These progressions led to a long-list nomination in BBC's Sound of 2016 poll. A Moment of Madness, Bizu's debut album, followed in September 2016 and peaked at number 23 in the U.K. Its final single, "Talking to You" -- one of four songs made with Paul Herman and Justin Broad -- fared best commercially, topping out at number 56. The Glita EP followed in April 2019, led by the comparatively sleek "Lights On." ~ Andy Kellman

Event & Media Manager
The Official Mixtape Awards is the first initiative to actively recognize, promote, and celebrate Mixtapes and its contributors. For the 2010 Awards which were held in March 2011 I was part of a small team that put together the nominations, organized the event and helped raise the brand awareness to the UK urban scene. After being involved as a contracted media executive for the previous year, the OMA's recognized my organization and industry connections and employed me to help coordinated and develop the award initiative. During my year working on the award I accomplished the following:• The OMA's received a lot of criticism for their nomination selections, poor promotion and organization, I was able to turn this around for the next event with communication with the media and industry people with criticism explaining the plans for the brand and the awards.• The 6 months leading to the show we had a radio show on one of London's leading radio stations, Bang Radio and was the only and first show to play mixtape tracks on a legal radio station, setting the trend for the urban music scene, the show was a 1 hour weekly show and was produced by myself.• 3 months before the award we launched a new website and received over 100,000 hits and over 24,000 votes for the nominations as well as a blog that documented every mixtape release until the event, managed by myself.• Myself and the Business Support Manager produced all the administrative documents, contracts and marketing materials and liaised with all the artists who had released a mixtape that year, we also contacted tastemakers in the Urban scene and raised the brand awareness on all media platforms.• Event Manager for a nominations party (West End of London) with over 300 industry people and the Awards Show (Bush Hall, West London) with over 500 attending. Media coverage on Pick TV, SBTV, Grime Daily, BBC 1Xtra, MTV and many more.
A&R And Marketing For Mumzy Stranger Mixtape
My work helping to raise the OMA's profile and the marketing power of the mixtapes brought me a short term contract to work with Mumzy Stranger signed to Tiffin Beat Records. I was brought in to help market the artist to the UK's urban market and create a buzz about the artist outside of an Asian market which he was very high profile. I spent a week with him in the studio crafting a mixtape to help promote the forthcoming album, show his versatility and cross over to the UK. The mixtape was hosted by the BBC Asian Networks premier Urban tastemaker DJ Limelight and featured some of the UK's premier Urban acts like Dot Rotten, Ghetts and Wiley. The mixtape was well received with a lot of radio play, online awareness and over 40,000 downloads in the UK and Asia in the first month, it was championed by many mixtape critics and websites that highlight the digital music format.
