Designing, implementing and launching internet and email campaigns, resulting in generation of 11,000+ new sales leads in 2009. Oversight of media relations during critical transition and launch of new company. Manage and oversee new media and social networking channels including SEO/SEM campaigns. Explore any potential new marketing initiatives.

Projects included: Short/long-term marketing plans, print, websites, DVDs, direct mail and CRM. Responsibilities included development, implementation and tracking of marketing strategies for 6 satellite offices (28 developments) while managing a department of five. Preparation of a $1.8 million marketing budget which resulted in approximately $13 million in sales for 2008. Implemented new measurement and evaluation programs to better define the most efficient allocation of budget. Communicated with company executives and explored potential new marketing strategies, while revising existing strategies to achieve new sales goals.
