CurrentPerform administration of cloud and on-premises offerings such as; Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Active Directory, OneDrive, and Intune.Create and configure virtual and physical machines in a multi-platform environment.Engage with other IT team members to ensure that services meet operations requirements for internal and external clients.Collaborate with team members on future direction and opportunities for new technology.Provide infrastructure expertise to assist with DFARS/CMMC compliance.Assist Staff Solutions Architects with implementation of new solutions.Build relationships with outside vendors and external customers for IT related products and services.Evaluate, implement, and provide support for third-party software systems in a client-server environment.Ensure that system performance/state is monitored; analyze and evaluate identified issues, trends, and problem areas; ensure issues are handled appropriately through effective support processes.Ensure operational support documentation is complete and accurate.Receive and respond to escalated/advanced service requests from customers.Comply with standard company policies and procedures.Work effectively on team projects, communicating properly and providing status.Recognize necessary improvements and make suggestions.
