I am a participant in the MT Compliance, Legal &Risk of which the CRO is chairman. In addition, I also fulfill the business control role for a number of domains in the Compliance &Risk domain. Since April 2017, the Rabo-related lease, factoring and consumer financing activities in the Netherlands (excluding the vendor finance activities) have been transferred from DLL to Rabobank. In this I support, advise and challenge rabobank's decision-making with regard to payment transactions. I am part of the relevant MTs.* Business controller for IT Systems Distribution and IT systems Lending & Insurance. These domains include both the software development activities and also the management activities of the applications. It concerns a continuously changing environment both in terms of organization and working method. In particular, working on an agile working method and the impact of this on the way of reporting was a great challenge during this period.* Program controller for the CRM Distribution portfolio. The focus area includes the software development activities of the applications in this portfolio.

Consultant in the field of Planning & Control at mainly listed companies. Assignments carried out in the field of interim & change management within the finance & control function and IFRS processes. Started as controller of plukon's turkey meat processing plant in Boxmeer.In 1992/1993 in Storkow (near Berlin) the planning & control function was redesigned.
