In this I support, advise and challenge rabobank's decision-making with regard to payment transactions. These domains include both the software development activities and also the management activities of the applications. It concerns a continuously changing environment both in terms of organization and working method. In particular, working on an agile working method and the impact of this on the way of reporting was a great challenge during this period.* Program controller for the CRM Distribution portfolio. The focus area includes the software development activities of the applications in this portfolio.

Started as controller of plukon's turkey meat processing plant in Boxmeer.In 1992/1993 in Storkow (near Berlin) the planning & control function was redesigned. It was an acquisition of the Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft. There I implemented and optimized the finance and control function of the inherited meat processing plant.
