I also assist children of elderly parents who are dealing with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, I help families deal with the damaging impact that the breach of a fiduciary duty can cause. I also represent businesses in a variety of commercial litigation and have experience resolving difficult contract disputes in an efficient, effective manner.
