I also assist children of elderly parents who are dealing with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, I help families deal with the damaging impact that the breach of a fiduciary duty can cause. I also represent businesses in a variety of commercial litigation and have experience resolving difficult contract disputes in an efficient, effective manner. In cases where negotiation fails or becomes impossible, I am an aggressive litigator with courtroom experience and skills necessary to defend my clients thoroughly.I am the co-author of the authoritative treatise, North Carolina Contract Law, published by LexisNexis in 2001 and consistently updated by its authors.
