Unilever x LSE project titled "The Impact of Implementing a Digitalised Workplace on Front-Line Workers: Evaluating Unilever’s Digitalisation Pilots," was initiated to analyse the impacts of providing a digital workspace to Unilever’s blue-collar workers, especially in seeing how they can become creators of content and stay relevant in this fast-changing world of work.Sites across the globe used as pilot sites were Maydon Wharf, South Africa; Cu Chi, Vietnam; Leioa, Spain; Port Sunlight, United Kingdom; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.• Prepared technical/consultancy reports on Unilever’s blue-collar workers’ digitalisation program.• Managed global stakeholders from Africa, Asia and Europe.• Designed an implementation and sustainability roadmap on how to roll out a full-scale global digitalisation program for blue-collar workers in Unilever.• Co-designed an evaluation design to capture quantitative impacts on pilot sites.• Designed a process evaluation map and a pipeline to aggregate learnings from implementation strategies of individual sites.

• Managed a team of contributing editors in ensuring that authors’ work met the highest standard for publication.• Managed diverse authors from Asia, Europe and North America.• Part of the panel that scored and selected the papers published in 2022 per PSJ’s content policy.• Edited PSJ’s first photo-essay that addressed a local community’s climate change adaptation strategy in India.

- Worked with the CEO on research and economic analysis; project management and implementation of organisational strategy; resulting in a 50% improvement in firm performance, making the exchange the number 1 capital markets performer in the world in 2020. - Prepared briefing and speaking documents for CEO’s presentations, technical discussions, speeches and media appearances.- Worked to expand the adoption of green bonds in the Nigerian fixed-income market, particularly among subnational entities.- Prepared strategic communication materials for organization’s advocacy engagement with government officials and other stakeholders.- Co-developed technical material for CEO’s presentation at Nigeria’s flagship economic summit – Nigeria Economic Summit 26, 2020.- Supported a broad variety of strategic and operational tasks for the Office of the CEO.

- Analysed as-is and designed to-be digital business processes for business development, organization support services and expansion for the organisation’s subsidiaries in the FMCG sector contributing to business growth with a market cap of over 3.3 billion USD.- Supported the deployment of new digital processes with an adoption success rate of over 70% in pilot enrolment.- Provided critical support in training programs to acquaint staff across the group with new digital processes and strategic direction.- Co-designed the first organization-wide HIV workplace policy.
