I create optimization tools using AIMMS with the CPLEX solver to streamline or enhance decision making, such as allocating orders or rationalizing inventory. As part of this I also design and create data pipelines with MS SQL, Informatica, and ADLSg2.I use Python to code predictive or descriptive models to answer questions for corporate (HR, IT) and operational (woodlands) business areas. I use Tableau to build dashboards to effectively display these results for a variety of audiences.I champion a culture of analytics through regular 1-on-1 sessions with 'embedded analysts'. This includes onboarding new Tableau users and tutoring users on the process of building their own tools.
