Current•Sr. Program Manager of Strategic and Complex Programs, Program Managing large global multi-site programs, and overseeing large teams of Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and vendors.•Developed the new Hybrid Agile-Waterfall Project Delivery Methodology, formulated for the PPM to use where a more Agile approach is needed instead of the traditional Waterfall methodology. The goal is to expand the ability to offer a hybrid methodology where it may be required in addition to the traditional Predictive methodology. The Hybrid Agile-Waterfall Delivery Methodology is a combination of the Predictive/Waterfall and the Agile methodologies, utilizing aspects of the iterative Agile methodology where it makes sense, to be best of breed. •Formulated Governance Plan template for the PPM, summarizing the processes, procedures, and templates used across the program, providing an extra layer of preparation and oversight.•Global Program Manager of the Service Delivery Lifecycle of: SOW creation and review, RFP response, project scoping, planning, designing, staging/configuration, onsite implementation, global hardware export/import/logistics, end-user and system administration training, system migration, and ongoing day-2 support spanning various technologies and industries.•Developed the Project Management Office of a startup VAR, creating the Project Methodology, best practices, Project Plan templates, workflows, and processes/templates for all Project Management activities.
