As a member of the board I develop our go to market strategy, create financing options and provide sales consulting and training to the management team. I also contribute to the development of our catering business and our fundraising and charity events to support the local community and promote our brand.

After being laid off during the high tech downturn of 2002, I planned, budgeted and executed a solo backpacking journey across 6 continents and 50 countries to see the world we live in and to learn more about the people who built it with us, their languages, histories and cultures. I shared my story in pictures, video and written journals and have a documentary in the works. I met my wife, also backpacking on her own itinerary from Brazil and studying English, and we planned to meet a few times abroad until we married in the US in 2004 and again in Brazil in 2005.
