Axt Supervisor
Current• Track and analyze daily KPI's across all communication channels and connect with each customer service representative to perform a 1:1 meeting for performance review• Onboard and lead hybrid team of 6-25 representative (onsite & remote) on all data, product, and CRM system procedures.• Strategize how to refine our work flow to decrease issues surrounding customer engagement while increasing traction and improving their overall experience.•Gather monthly product data, consolidate feedback with the Marketing Media Team, and present findings to the Product Development Team for improved product line-up in future seasons.• Collaborate with Operations for order identification and order adjustment for 50-1500+ orders daily, reviewing 4 brands within scope.
