• Coordinate reservations, client meetings, and reports for all Student Centers space on the Lincoln Park campus using Event Management Software (EMS).
• Serve as primary, on-site resource for hardware and software selection, staff training and daily system support for reservations software, customer service software, and room diagramming software for the Student Centers.
• Work with DePaul’s Information Service team to administrate the updated of the SQL database, including patching and software refreshing.
• Assist with design changes to the main SharePoint website, based on user feedback and analytics.
• Coordinate contracts, certificate of insurance, and payment from external clients using Student Centers’ spaces in Lincoln Park.
• Administrate the Event Management Software used to coordinate all Student Centers reservations.
