• Coordinate reservations, client meetings, and reports for all Student Centers space on the Lincoln Park campus using Event Management Software (EMS). • Serve as primary, on-site resource for hardware and software selection, staff training and daily system support for reservations software, customer service software, and room diagramming software for the Student Centers. • Work with DePaul’s Information Service team to administrate the updated of the SQL database, including patching and software refreshing. • Assist with design changes to the main SharePoint website, based on user feedback and analytics. • Coordinate contracts, certificate of insurance, and payment from external clients using Student Centers’ spaces in Lincoln Park. • Administrate the Event Management Software used to coordinate all Student Centers reservations. • Collect client feedback and distribute reports to relevant full time Student Center staff. • Assist in training of all Student Center employees and student organization leadership. • Training includes: face to face, video training, and PDF training manuals.

• Review all incoming event requests, including all events on the Lincoln Park Quadrangle and St. Vincent’s Circle.• Process and send confirmations to clients for the DePaul University Student Centers facilities. • Schedule and conduct room reviews with the clients in order to discuss and plan the details of their events. • Communicate all necessary event details to the event production team, event planning team, and catering staff.• Weekly maintenance of the student center website, including updating events, adding various information and other duties as assigned.• Oversee the administrative front desk student workers. • Assist the Assistant director with summer conferences, including client meetings, room reservations, billing and any other duties assigned.
