Executive leadership of Carter’s program / project management practice. Experience began as a design / construction project manager culminating as a Sr Vice President with overall responsibility for the group. Work included the strategic planning and execution of over $1.2 billion of capital improvements, primarily in the Higher Education and K-12 space. Significant experience has also been gained through approximately $500 million in Public Private Ventures utilizing lease-leaseback structures in the delivery of revenue generating facilities. Insight and expertise in this area was provided as a member of a public-private partnership study committee with the Georgia State Senate.

Responsible for strategic planning, project coordination and final execution of major sales/marketing initiatives supporting regional and national sales objectives through new product positioning to corporate clients, the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, and technology partners including Microsoft.Responsibilities began in technical marketing / sales support of AEC applications throughout the Southeast US. Numerous positions were held over nearly 7 years with Intergraph, including departmental management responsibilities at both the regional and national levels in which budgetary goals were met and exceeded every year.

Licensed architect with experience in the office, hotel, and conference center sector within the Southeast United States. Concurrently implemented new technology, design tools, and training program for project architects and managers.
