Primary role as a corporation tax senior involves providing taxation advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients in the following business sectors:- Retail- Financial Services- Technology- Entertainment- Property Investment- ConstructionAncillary roles include:- Communicating directly with clients and providing timely solutions to tax queries.- International coordination in respect of company formation for clients.- Awareness of Tax Briefings, e-Briefs and Case Law. - Strong communication skills, oral and written; ability to communicate with all levels within the organization and clients- Presentations to the tax team on topical tax issues.- Exposure to other tax heads - VAT compliance, Income Tax, PAYE compliance .- Advising the restructuring department on the tax implications of appointments as receivers and disposals of properties etc. Commenting on trading / capital status of transactions.- Liaising with Revenue on behalf of clients.
