Current• Performed End to End recruitment from requirement gathering through employee on-boarding.• Developed and maintained strong working relationship with the Account Managers to define job requirements, understanding of the hiring needs, and environment to have clear understanding about the position.• Utilized various recruitment strategies to increase candidate pool such as job boards, Internet channels, and networking, Social Media and employee referrals.• Conducted pre-screening interviews with qualified candidates, scheduled panel interviews for candidates via video conferencing, phone/in-person interviews.• Scheduled candidate online assessment and ensure it’s done on time. • Communicate job offer to selected candidates and keep them on track throughout the onboarding process. • Facilitate the onboarding teams to conduct the background check, drug test and employment verification by constantly communicating with the candidates.• Provide guidance to the candidates incase they have any queries on anything related to HR policies, payroll process by directing them to the concern POC and follow up until resolved.• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, JobDiva and Oracle.• Proficient with Vendor Management Tools (VMS) Beeline, B2B, Fieldglass and VectroVMS.• Facilitate juniors on provide training on the clients, process, Boolean searches, tools and system available. • Major Clients supporting: Mercedes Benz, Ford, GM, 3M, States (Georgia, Colorado), Delphi, Chrysler, DTE Energy.• Skills I’m hiring for: Project Managers, SAP consultants, Embedded Software Engineers, BA/QA, Java Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers and Automotive/Manufacturing Engineers for various Engineering roles (HIL, Controls, Manufacturing, Product Development, Validation etc.)
