As a Recruiting Manager specializing in the engineering and construction fields, I work with a variety of professionals, from those just starting out in their careers to those who have spent a number of years in the industry. My strong connection to hiring managers allows me to accurately define the needs of the firms I represent. I adhere to a basic philosophy that dictates that I provide the most highly qualified candidates to my organizational clients at the best possible salary. I strive to negotiate fairly with each side to complete given projects with the highest level of integrity.I recruit Project Engineers (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection), Project Managers, Designers, Commissioning Specialists, Sustainability Consultants, and Energy Engineers and Modelers with a background in building systems. I also recruit department level CEOs, COOs, client managers, department managers, and seasoned professionals in the engineering consulting firm environment.

As President and co founder of Kochmer Consulting Group, I dedicate a full time effort to the introduction and placement of all levels of professionals in the engineering consulting firm industry. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of the most prestigious, highly recognized engineering firms in both national and international markets.
