Drive extensive financial analysis to enhance collections operations.  Delivered $60M in gross annual collections while generating $5M+ annual revenue and playing key role in expanding Self Pay client base and receivables by 150%+. Boosted average monthly revenue of underperforming project by 40%, while containing payroll increase costs to just 25%. Achieved significant improvements to staff performance, while identifying opportunities to improve KPIs and revenue, through creation and implementation of a productivity and revenue report. Lowered payroll as much as 20% while raising average monthly revenue by 20%+, through strategic consolidation of projects.  Played integral role in organization’s receipt of $250K in annual revenue by securing Supplemental Payment Plan project after leading efforts on another project with the same hospital that produced high audit scores.  Contributed to design / implementation of annual review process to evaluate and rate employee performance.

Oversaw decentralized credit operations and portfolios for 180 stores, ensuring adherence to established collections processes and procedures. Conducted credit and financial analysis, confirmed credit approvals, confirmed credit exceptions and reporting, and directed charge-off processing and analytics. Generated a 50% increase in revenue per account through expert negotiations of portfolio sales. Developed call center to handle customer issues for 123 stores; hired 50+ employees and developed all processes. Controlled $3.5M budget and determined strategy for business, workflow, vendors, payroll and bonuses. Improved monthly collection rates over a 3-year period— from 10.55% in 2005 to 12.1% in 2007— for portfolio mix that shifted to higher risk. Increased revenue by $1.3M / year through implementation of a late fee program. Responsible for compliance to Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other consumer credit and collection laws.
