 Supervise the biweekly payroll processing of all RTC staff, Broadway and Off Broadway production teams for a total headcount approaching 500 employees.  Responsible for the processing of weekly payroll for up to 12 different theatrical unions Collaborate with Theater divisions to gather payroll information by collecting data such as employee timesheets, new hire information and any other employee changes impacting payroll Drove payroll systems to accommodate 75% growth of gross payroll through streamlining the union reporting and by using excel imports for payroll processing Drove the implementation of an HRIS system, including the negotiation and terms with ADP to fit the needs of the growing organization  Set up HRIS connections, self-service tools, time and attendance and accruals to greatly streamline and automate the administration of company benefits, eliminating paper based processes Improved payroll systems to comply with the Wage Theft Prevention Act including the revision of the earnings statement and pay codes to include multiple wage rates Audit and remit monthly group benefit invoices for accuracy and data integrity and create all related journal entries for GL posting  Responsible for the accounting and general Ledger data entry for the weekly and bi-weekly payroll using the Blackbaud Finance Edge Software  Responsible for preparing and gathering data for the annual financial audit such as creating payroll schedules and reconciling the 941’s against ADP payroll reports and general Ledger
