- Manage teams and other managers responsible for our core pages, including home, search, doctor profile, practice profile, and booking.- Reduced page load time by 80% for our core pages.- Co-lead the creation of a customized enterprise white label product. This led to the onboarding of 7 large health system clients which increased the number of doctors on Zocdoc by 50%.- Formed mobile and front-end teams, then worked with recruiting on a new hiring process, interview rounds, and job listings to finish staffing them. Hired 10 engineers with this process in 2017, and a Director of Mobile to continue leading the mobile team.- Planned, coordinated, and managed rebranding of the website from the engineering side. At its time, it was the largest project Zocdoc had ever taken on; 1/3 of our engineers were on the project. Successfully delivered on time by working with our exec stakeholder and product managers on tradeoffs to ensure any changes in scope didn’t impact our marketing launch.- Rebuilt email messaging system which reduced 99th percentile latency from 1,500 seconds to 10 seconds.- Worked on the front-end of our Check-In product, which allows patients to fill out their medical paperwork online.

- Developed the reports, top apps, and reviews pages’ in Spine.js, LESS, and Handlebars.- Enabled users to add features to their accounts via an add-ons page.
