Every single challenge laid before me starts with the result I want to see. Start there. Then understand who's responsible for the rest. Get feedback from those people as to what's failed them in the past. Identify all your cross-functional partners needed. Put actionables together as group. Then support, follow up, readjust, hold accountable like never before. As the wheels start to turn, momentum builds. Belief in the desired result grows. Celebrate those small wins while focuses attention to the overall goal. Watch your team accomplish things they never thought possible. This unlocks the true potential of them as individuals. As they grow, you claw your way faster and faster to your end goal. And once your team knows you support them, believes in them, and can guide them down that path with a sound business plan, and metrics to back that up, you've got a team that WILL jump to every new challenge you lay out for them.
