Primary author for the core technical approach. Performed final edits.• Developed and launched an Excel VBA Add-in to interface with new corporate Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system from Aras. Add-in allowed engineers to retrieve data from PLM more easily, automatically update spreadsheets, review the status of ECOs, catch common errors, coordinate reviews, and effectively communicate status updates to executive management. Coordinated with Cubic leadership and IT to deploy tool Cubic-wide.• Supported several efforts troubleshooting complex issues both in production and customer fielded systems. Each involved extensive data collection, documentation, analysis, root cause isolation, corrective action assessment, and engineering validation, including OCONUS travel to customer sites.
