Confirm and sign off repairs that have been made by the inline and offline repair team to insure repairs have been completed and are within standard. Repairs requiring confirmation can range from spare parts left in the floorboard (No repair required) to complete engine and transmission changes and everything in between. Validate all specified torques performed by repair team and sign off after witnessing actual torque values. After repair has been completed, check all functionality in the area surrounding the repair to confirm all vehicle functions associated with the repair operate properly. Confirm quality of paint repairs (Dents, scratches and other imperfections) is within standard. Look up build specifications for a vehicle when validation of required accessories and trim is needed. If repair has not been completed within standard, remove the “Repair Completed” status and return vehicle to proper repair shop (Assembly, Body Weld or Paint). Thoroughly inspect vehicles prior to sending them to the shipping department for any unnoticed defects. When a defect is found that has not been identified and recorded, enter the defect against the proper vehicle using the correct location, nomenclature and photo of defect. Use the Abnormality Management Application (AMA) and Inspection Computer System (ICS) to document all repair confirmations, defects, specifications and related data.

Serve as a member of the CAFRS FSR team responsible for fielding CAFRS version 4.0.3.6 and the future version 5.0 (CAFRS ATSweb) to Army Aviation units (RA, USAR, NG), manned and unmanned, worldwide. Provide Help Desk call-in and email support for 15 States known as Region 2, The FSR is the CAFRS training and support Subject Matter Expert (SME). An FSR is responsible for maintaining knowledge base and teaching CAFRS to soldiers, officers, and civilians in support of the CAFRS Training Plan. They are responsible for developing the necessary skills to provide effective and efficient classroom instruction. Develop training material to include PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans, Student tests, IMI and Training Development Capability (TDC) products. Provide on-site support on subjects including but not limited to Flt Ops, Standardization, ACN, CAFRS, IT support capabilities, and computer networking skills. Provide assistance to NEC and S6 personnel with software install.

Standardization Instructor for the CH-47F New Equipment Training Team (NETT). Instructed flight line differences training and conducted flight evlauations to Active Duty, National Guard, and Army Reserve enlisted flight crew members with Military Occupational Speciality (MOS) of 15U.
