Initiated project to create a centralized operations infrastructure for HRB.Led project to move the data center and its 193 application environments to the Block Center over a 9 week window. Project directly involved over 300 IT professionals in the planning, execution and testing of the newly installed infrastructure and business services after the move.Led team of technical project managers in support of business initiatives including new business units (HRB Bank, SBR, CPC); technology optimization including data center virtualization and process implementation and refinement. Participated in organizational development efforts.

Led technical services organization with $13mm budget. Organization implemented new infrastructure designed to position KCS for significant growth at an optimized price/performance structure. Implemented new service management processes including a service desk that dramatically improved customer satisfaction.
