Monitor FAQs from suppliers and provide job aids to help them successfully navigate thru the Ariba network. Assist Accounts Payable and Purchasing in their transition from using Oracle's JD Edwards accounting software to SAP Ariba.

From Jan 2011 to Aug 2015, I worked in the Accounting department for the World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses. I was responsible for managing accounts with multiple vendors ensuring the timely processing and payment of invoices as well as resolving any account issue, using an in-house accounting software comparable to SAP in its functionality. I was also responsible for generating reports and charts detailing the volume of work for our accounts payable team using Microsoft Excel. I also worked closely with international paper suppliers to help facilitate the purchase and payment of paper for our printing presses in North America. Prior to working in the Accounting dept, I worked in the Transportation dept helping to transport passengers and equipment for our staff. I also worked as Team Lead for our Building services team, supervising grounds maintenance, carpet cleaning, recycling, and restroom sanitation.
