East DivisionIn his leadership capacity as the Integrated Portfolio Services Lead for the East Region, John is accountable for overall Transaction Management delivery, YOY revenue growth and performance for over 60 corporate accounts. John provides global corporate clients integrated real estate solutions including Transaction Management, Portfolio Strategy, Lease Administration, Occupancy Planning, Workplace Strategy and Business Intelligence. His areas of expertise include: Global Real Estate Transactions Management, Portfolio Optimization Strategies, Asset Dispositions, Talent Management, Outsourcing, Client Account Management and Governance.In addition, John is responsible for creating a competitive advantage and business line strategy through point of sale support as the subject matter expert in developing global real estate transaction management solutions for mid to large cap corporations.
