I work with a team of extremely talented and brilliant engineers. I work to try and keep the engineers educated on the latest technologies and provide them the tools they need to be confident in their skill set. I work with them on scheduling jobs and making sure they have the resources they need. I help the Sales team to provide pre-sales resources and training so that they have the confidence to talk about customer issues and how we can provide the resources to help solve those problems.I work with the Senior Leadership Team to help provide input into the direction of the company. The direction I help to provide is not just limited to engineering but to all aspects of the company. I take pride in trying to understand the needs of the entire company so that I can align the engineering team with the company at all times.
