Currently seeking an opportunity to leverage my IT experiences to help a company improve their Information Resource Management position.

Developed and managed a department of 4 full time employees with the responsible for deployment, maintenance and upgrading of all computer and telephone equipment and software for the company.• Increased efficiency of office with dual monitoring systems.• Deployed PC workstations at all production work locations for real time production process access.

Designed and implemented the company’s intranet from scratch. Had sole responsibility for design, material selection, installation and maintenance of cabling, routing equipment, servers and software for a complete Novell Netware environment. After acquisition by L3, managed conversion of entire environment to Window NT/Exchange.• Selected to be Y2K Project Manager.• Promoted to IT Manager.

Managed up to 8 engineers in design, development, integration and test of multiple real-time embedded microprocessor systems for aircraft flight data recorders. Responsibility included the software for the embedded system, the development and testing environment and Acceptance Test Equipment used in production.• Developed Network for engineering department.• Managed within software engineering budget.• Hired, trained and developed engineers improving productivity and quality.

Hired as a Software Engineer and promoted twice to Section Supervisor and again to Staff Engineer.
