- Directed $1MM field operation across Los Angeles City that obtained 102k unique voter signatures in 120 days (with 83% validity) to successfully place Measure HLA on LA City's March 2024 ballot- Hired, trained, and directed hundreds of paid and volunteer signature collectors working citywide, seven days a week, for four months- Created team, role & pay structures to enable rapid citywide collection & delivery of physical signatures for real-time validation, decision-making and performance-based compensation
