Established and implemented all operational goals, budgets and business plans including board recording and reporting.Successes included changing the safety culture to have zero lost time accidents in 2014, and thru the duration cutting the recordable injury rate in half, reducing forced outages in half, reducing environmental occurrences by 75% and eliminating major engine equipment failure thru enhanced maintenance and inspection while holding plant operating costs flat year over year. Also successfully led construction of 6 new power plants and managed to bring them all under budget and on time.

MHPS is a wholly subsidiary of MHI Japan and designs and manufactures power generation equipment including gas turbines, boilers, steam turbines, wind turbines, solar systems , SCR systems and reciprocating enginesSuccessfully developed and launched all the new product sales and marketing plans, including building full sales, marketing, project management, cost control, construction and commissioning teams to profitably grow the business from its inception to over $3B in profitable sales. Duties included direct management of 300 people in sales, marketing, engineering, project management, cost control, construction and commissioning.
