Has command of a firefighting company, its equipment and station; may be assigned administrative, training or professional duties; participates in fire prevention and suppression activities; and performs related work as required.

Under general supervision, performs firefighting duties involving operation of fires and responds to emergency and non-emergency incidents, and is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and driving of fire apparatus in response to fire and other incidents. The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering effective fire streams through accurate hydraulic calculations and the transition between single and multiple hose lines on the fire ground.

Served as a project manager for this start-up online software and marketing company that created websites and marketing SAAS for title companies. I managed the customization and development of customer projects after time of sale. I coordinated between the developers and the customers to get the end result of the software that the customer was happy with. I also did some website development in Wordpress for our own websites. Since it was a startup, I had more than one hat so I also handled customer service duties as well.

Holding company for residential real estate investment properties. The focus of the company is a long-term, buy-and-hold strategy to build a portfolio of single and multi-family residential rental properties.
