My background is primarily in networking and Microsoft infrastructure consulting, starting with small business consulting in 1998, then as an enterprise consultant up until 2012. I'm extremely passionate about technology, and love always being on the bleeding edge of what's new. My current role has me leading Delivery Operations for North America, while also continuing to spread myself across our deal management team, Client Data Protection (CDP), and Quality and Risk Management (QRM) programs. I love working with people, and love the challenge of a tough customer. I'm always open to getting involved with fresh ideas and believe personally I contribute a mixed blend of technological expertise, an ability to troubleshoot problems in an effective manner, and bring an upbeat and motivated personality to each engagement or team I work with.
