• Activating Sale of Medical Covers / Products through the Service Providers• Participating in bringing business through provision of Quotations and Valuations to various companies/clientele• Identifying and assigning clients to Service Providers based on value of the Medical Cover/Schemes• Approaching and Identifying potential Corporate Companies whom can buy Medical Covers for their staffs/Teams• Ensuring there is a good relationship between the Service Provider, the Client and Scheme Administrator • Escalate and resolve any matters that need urgent attention with regards to sales of medical cover and service delivery to Healthier Kenya clients• Resolve any complaints with regards to Healthier Kenya from the Service providers and Clients promptly and professionally• Public Relations• Other duties as assigned.

• Managing, Signing and Appointing of Medical Service Providers to the company’s panel of providers to ensure good coverage and availability of Providers for service provision to esteemed clients/Beneficiaries.• Maintain good relationships with Service Providers so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships• Identify key contacts at the Service Providers to establish and foster relationships• Participate in one-on-one meetings with service providers so as to understand any problems and challenges and identify ways the business could better address those needs• Escalate any matters that need urgent attention with a view to resolve the matters • Build a good rapport with the service provider and provide excellent Customer service to maintain a positive reputation for the business• Resolve any complaints from the Service providers promptly and professionally• Public Relations- build connections on behalf of the company. • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.• Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments on Service Provider matters • Other duties as assigned.
