Echelon Property Management was formed in 2005 to take advantage of John McCloud's 23 years of property management experience. In addition to Residential Property Management, Echelon Property Management has also assembled numerous Confidential Private Placement investments in multifamily properties.
In February 1994, John accepted a senior management position with a small property management company to help the owner manage and grow his portfolio. During his tenure there he performed due diligence and secured financing for over 15 real estate transactions and 4500 units.
