The role was working with a multi disciplined team to review operations and processes primarily at the main factories and processing sites around the UK and Ireland. In essence this was an internal management consulting capability. As a result of a substantial review of the Photographic Division a major change program was initiated and I accepted a role in this division.

This role was with Coopers and Lybrand who were bought by PWC. I joined in a Tax Senior role but this did not work for me. Then transferred to Management Consulting Services (MCS) where I fulfilled the role of Finance Director alongside other colleagues in the turnaround of a Dairy Production business.

The Company was Leon Johnstone and Co CA which was bought by HLB. I served my Chartered Accounting apprenticeship with a medium sized practice in Glasgow. Mainly working in the audit function and producing accounts from incomplete records and producing tax computations.
