Current- Management of a team of staff in supporting the operation of the IT network
- Administration and management of the IT Helpdesk and Service including monitoring of service delivery and identifying trends
- Developing IT-related strategies and policies in areas such as infrastructure, security, customer service and contingency planning
- Management of network and infrastructure-related projects
- Managing service delivery from third party suppliers
- Developing and presenting business cases to senior management for IT systems.
