CurrentI lead the Sales Development function for the AMER region at Stripe. Our vision is to inspire every organization on the planet to work with Stripe. We do this every day by generating sales talent, and pipeline for the company.- Team prospects into all customer segments from small users/startups to large enterprises, and is responsible for the qualification and management of pipeline generated via inbound and outbound channels.- Key part of GTM program at Stripe - responsible for generating over $200M pipeline each quarter, with track record of hitting and exceeding targets.- 80-person team including multiple layers of managementRecent initiatives:- Insourcing of long tail / smaller prospect management (driving higher results and improved customer experiences through rep enablement and automation)- Implementation of response-time SLAs for inbound channel queries.- Standardization of outbound channel SoPs across segments (focused on increasing rep productivity, customer experience and organization / resourcing flexibility).- Establishment of cross-functional rules of engagement/collaboration to speed up Prospect to Sales Pipeline movement and conversion rates.
