Led the small, passionate creative team that redesigned the ExpertVoice (formerly Experticity) brand identity from the ground up. Retired 3point5.com and ProMotive.com, two very well respected brands, and transitioned them to ExpertVoice. Reimagined a completely new user experience designed to unify the best aspects of two legacy membership groups and their platforms. Launched a completely new ExpertVoice brand and experience. Led a vibrant and dedicated Marketing Creative team in producing all B2C and B2B marketing materials. Established the first User Experience team and grew them into a fully developed, independent Product Design team. Led the first Expert Experience team, focused on elevating experts' experiences, profiles and connections with over 500 brand partners. Laid the groundwork and initial design plan for the new brand identity that would see Experticity become ExpertVoice.

Provided creative direction for all lead generation, sales & marketing, corporate development, product & engineering teams. Work included all advertising, user relationship marketing, lead gen campaigns, user experience & audience development creative.

Extended the Interbank FX global brand as a leader in consumer-oriented Forex trading. Managed a talented and efficient group of Design, Front-End Development and Copy. Completely re-designed the online account management experience and core website. Creative Directed all global ad campaigns on and off-line. Worked directly with external ad agencies on global ad and conversion campaigns. Designed the identity for Brillian, the IBFX-designed client trading platform.

Worked with a small, powerful team of creatives including Art Directors, Designers & Writers. Art Directed national television campaigns for Ancestry.com. Created integrated advertising, customer acquisition, conversion and retention campaigns. Extended the global brand identity of Ancestry.com. Launched new product lines, including identity work, user experience and marketing. Unified the look and feel of Ancestry.com creative across multiple business groups. Art Directed packaging for Family Tree Maker.

Creative Direction for Microsoft's Partner & Small Business Group and Independent Software Vendors. Provided creative and marketing assets to the domestic Microsoft Partner channel for use in the market directly to consumers. Solutions included online and print collateral and advertising materials. Also provided Art Direction for VeriSign national ad campaigns online and offline to extend and maintain VeriSign's brand as the global leader in securing online transactions.

Creative Directed and Designed all online work for the clients of Riester~Robb. Work included user interface and experience for small to mid-size customer facing web presences, national online ad & email campaigns. Created conceptual designs for agency pitches and proposals. Interfaced directly with clients and all segments of the business to integrate the interactive efforts of Riester~Robb. Clients included California Department of Conservation, Arizona Department of Commerce, North America Quitline, and Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau.
