Planned and directed administrative, financial, and operational activities for the 9th Air and Space Expeditionary Task Force–Afghanistan (9 AETF-A) and NATO Air Command-Afghanistan (NAC-A) overseeing 2,000 Joint and Coalition Personnel executing the NATO-led train, advise and assist mission and US led directed counterterrorism operations.
