Westgate Funding is a Division of FFC Mortgage Corp. The company has been around since 1987 and opened this division in November of 2014. We have had impressive growth in awareness in such a short time. We are already the Preferred Lender of Coolsprings (www.coolsprings.com) and have many established real estate partners in the area. With underwriting located in the office, we are able to offer outstanding customer service and control of the process.As Regional Vice President, I am responsible growing retail loan production through the oversight and development of new and existing Branches in the Region. This entails the ongoing pursuit and acquisition of identified new offices within the region, as well as the active recruitment, training and retention of successful and skilled Branch Managers and Loan Originators. Also, I am responsible for spearheading the recruitment of all origination team members for each office. My job is to work to achieve Regional profitability and other performance goals, such as generating funded loan volume at or above budget, managing fixed costs per funded loan targets, and maintaining loan-file submission quality and lock pull-through. Also, along with the production goals, I am responsible for recruiting skilled operations staff to be located in our Franklin, TN main branch. Operations staff consists of Underwriting, processing, closing and post closing personnel.

I have managed, recruited, set up warehouse lines, trained and brought in investors. Growing Malcap Mortgage from a two man operation to an INC 500 company with offices in three states before selling.During this time period I was also awarded "Entrepreneur of the Year" for 2010 by the Nashville City Paper.-Managed and oversaw the company's marketing efforts-Developed new business initiatives for the company-Recruited and developed loan officers-Negotiated warehouse lines-Maintained investor relationships-Developed and grew internet lead division-Developed and managed easily scalable lead distribution platform-Won entrepreneur of the year-Set records in production, sales, and revenue-Developed and directed production (sales) of company-Originated conforming, government, and non-conforming loans-Assisted in the company's overall advertising and marketing efforts-Sold company in April, 2012
