Work involves forensic investigations, condition assessments and studies, master planning and budgetary studies, design and repair documents, construction administrative services, quality assurance monitoring, peer review, and façade commissioning.Project size and budgets vary from small projects for yearly maintenance work and emergency stabilization to multimillion dollar repair and recladding efforts. The age of structures repaired vary from the late 1800s to buildings currently under construction. Examples of systems/materials repaired include sealant, brick, limestone, marble, EIFS, metal panel, precast concrete, aluminum curtain wall, skylight systems, single ply roof systems, and slate roofs.Clients include public institutions, private entities, contractors and architects. Document delivery methods vary from design/bid/build to design/build. A high percentage of projects are multi-year maintenance/repair projects to provide cost control to the owner. THP restoration department works nationally and my past project locations extend coast to coast.
